As I thought about the Kwanzaa holiday itself, I started to realize that every principle in Kwanzaa’s Nguzo Saba can be applied effortlessly to my thoughts and plans about infertility. Every day this week, The Egg is going to show you how.

Planned Parenthood is not our enemy here. Nor is the African American womb. Our enemy is the lack of education and resources. Our enemy is a misrepresentation of the idea behind Reproductive Justice.
