The Broken Brown Egg and Progyny Present the 2023

AHA Grant

The Broken Brown Egg and Progyny, a leading fertility benefits management company, are proud to present the 2023 Awareness, Hope, and Activism Grant – created to support individuals and couples seeking to build or expand their family.

The Awareness Hope and Activism Grant is an annual award that provides up to $10,000 to individuals and couples seeking to expand their families.

The grant assists with the diverse and often unexpected costs associated with fertility treatments and/or domestic adoption.

Together, we want members of the BIPOC community to know that they are worth it, and they deserve the opportunity to build the families of their dreams. This grant will provide education, access to care, and financial assistance to a couple or individual of color in their fertility and family-building journey. Our mission is to give a person or a couple a new sense of hope and an Aha moment to move forward.

This year, we’re ecstatic to announce that our partner Progyny has doubled their donation to $20,000 in support of this year’s grant!.

The 2023 Awareness Hope Activism (AHA) Grant will award TWO recipients with $10,000 to use on fertility treatment.

The chosen grant recipient will also receive support for medication through our industry partner, Alto Pharmacy, a telehealth pharmacy with fertility expertise.

The grant recipient will also receive support from a Progyny Patient Care Advocate who will be their fertility coach providing clinical education, guidance, and emotional support throughout the entirety of their family-building journey.
