So, this years NIAW has drawn to a close.
As promised, I’m attaching the final video of my book talks! I truly enjoyed sharing with you this week, and can’t wait to see what happens next.
I was sitting up last night for my weekly Google search for AA infertility and came across this post on a message board:
“one thing I think I have struggled with is trying to find other AA women who are going through infertility. I have only found one other AA couple!Its kinda funny that its assumed among my peers and friends that most black women are fertile myrtles and that we can just pick a number of children we want and start popping them out”
Wow! Just when I start to think, “What am I doing here”, there is always a reminder.
So, I promptly invited her to The BrokenBrown, and I hope she stops by.
